Scheduling/ Cancellations/ Late Arrivals

When scheduling your appointment please keep in mind that weekends and evenings book quickly. Please make your appointment as early as possible so that we may accommodate your schedule. We suggest scheduling your next visit before leaving each spa service, so that you can have your desired time.

When cancelling your appointment we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if client cannot join us for their scheduled reservation.

We kindly ask each client to arrive ten minutes prior to their appointment. If a client feels they may run late please give us a call as soon as possible, We will do our best to accommodate a late arrival, but cannot promise that time may be deducted from your session.

Payment for Services and Products

We do accept all major credit and debit cards including: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A Personal check or cash for payment of services and products is acceptable however, there is a $20.00 fee for any non-sufficient funds checks.

Please note that facials, body treatments, and paraffin purchased specifically for the above services are subject to 6.35% tax.

Products Return

We guarantee your satisfaction with any product you purchase. We will happily exchange a product for you as long as the product is still sealed/unused in its original container and it is within 14 days of the purchase. There are no cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.


Tips are always at the discretion of our guests and are not included in the price of services. In appreciation of outstanding service, your therapist graciously accepts gratuities.


Please advise us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or prior use of Retin A. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.

Client must be 18 of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by adult.
